Redbet Holding AB (publ) is the Swedish parent company in a group comprising the operative subsidiaries Redbet Gaming Ltd and Red Sports Ltd based in Malta, and SIA Optibet based in Latvia.

Redbet Holding AB is since 2006 listed on Nasdaq-OMX First North (RBET:SS) in Stockholm, Sweden.

Redbet Gaming Ltd offers poker, casino, live casino and sports betting through a number of websites, including www.redbet.com, www.whitebet.com, and www.totalpoker.com. The Redbet group offers online poker through three different poker networks, including Entraction, Boss Media IPN, and Ongame. Casino suppliers include Net Entertainment, Evolution, and Playn’Go. Redbet offers sports betting based on its internally developed betting platform and odds supplied by Betting Promotion.

Red Sports Ltd operates www.goldclubcasino.com. Gold Club Casino was established in 1997 and was at that time one of the first online casinos in the world.

SIA Optibet holds the only National Gaming License for both retail bookmaking and online gaming in Latvia. The company operates under the brand Optibet via betting shops in Latvia and online through www.optibet.com.
